Your account and signing in
Your account is your own sign-in: email, password, profile picture and two-factor authentication. Manage it from the Account Manager: click your picture at the top right and choose Account Manager.
Signing in
Go to the sign-in page, enter your Email and Password, and click Log in.
- Forgot your password? Enter your email to get a password reset link.
- Didn't get the confirmation email? Use Resend email confirmation. You must confirm your email before your first sign-in.
- After 5 wrong passwords the account is locked for 5 minutes: "This account has been locked out, please try again later".
- With two-factor authentication on, you then enter the code from your authenticator app (or a recovery code).
Account Manager pages
| Page | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Profile | Change your Phone Number, and upload or remove your Profile picture (JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF, up to 2 MB). It shows at the top of the screen. |
| Change your email. A confirmation link is sent to the new address. | |
| Password | Change your password: current password, then the new one twice. |
| 2FA | Turn on sign-in with an authenticator app. See below. |
| Company data | For the company owner: reset or delete the company (download a backup first from Settings › Data BackUp). See Backup, reset and delete. |
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
2FA asks for a 6-digit code from your phone at sign-in, so a stolen password alone isn't enough.
- Install an authenticator app, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.
- In 2FA, choose Configure authenticator app.
- Scan the QR code (or type the key) with the app.
- Enter the code the app shows, and confirm.
- Save the recovery codes somewhere safe. Each one works once if you lose your phone.
From the same page you can Generate recovery codes (the old ones stop working), Reset authenticator key (the app must be set up again), or Disable 2FA.
If you lose your phone and have no recovery codes, you lose access to your account. Keep the codes safe.
Signing out
Click your picture, then Logout. If your account is deleted or your password changes, other open sessions are signed out within about a minute.
