HR and payroll overview
The HR and payroll section pays two kinds of staff: daily workers, paid a daily wage for the days they work, and monthly employees, paid a monthly salary from a salary package, with attendance, bonuses, deductions and advances.
The section must be in your plan, and uses the HR permission. Everything is under HR Payroll section in the menu, in the order you use it: set up first, then add employees, then pay.

Tabs and the month picker
Daily Setup, Daily Payroll, Payroll Setup and Monthly Payroll open as numbered tabs at the top of the page. The numbers show the order to work in. Click a tab to move to that step.
Monthly Payroll and Daily Payroll have one month picker at the top, shared by all their tabs. Choose the month once, or use the arrows for the previous or next month:
Every tab lists only that month (advances, bonuses, attendance days, vouchers).
Add on any tab starts in that month, so a record can't end up in the wrong month by mistake.
The month stays chosen while you move between tabs and come back from Add or Edit. It goes back to the current month when you reload the page.
Each tab shows what that month already has. On Monthly Payroll:
Tab Shows Month Setting ✓ when added, Not added otherwise Attendance Days recorded Advances / Bonus / Deduction How many Salary Voucher Paid or Not paid On Daily Payroll, the tabs show the attendance days and vouchers of the month.
