Payslips

ئەم بابەتە هێشتا وەرنەگێڕدراوەتە سەر زمانەکەت، بۆیە وەشانە ئینگلیزییەکەی پیشان دەدرێت.

A payslip shows one employee what they were paid and why. Zhmara X prints each payslip on one A4 page that holds two copies: the top half is the employee copy and the bottom half is the company copy for your files. Cut the page along the dashed line (✂), give the top half to the employee and keep the bottom half.

Both copies have your company logo, name, address and contacts, the period, and lines for the employee's signature and approved by. The employee can sign the company copy when they receive their pay.

Open payslips from Reports › Payroll, or with the Payslips button on the Salary Voucher tab of Monthly Payroll or Daily Payroll. Only posted salary vouchers have payslips: a draft voucher shows none until it is posted.

Monthly payslip

Reports › Payroll › Monthly Payslip

  1. Choose the Salary Month. It starts at the month chosen on the Monthly Payroll tabs.
  2. Leave Employee empty for every employee paid that month, or choose one employee.
  3. Print, or PDF to save the file.

Only a month that has a salary voucher has payslips. Each payslip shows:

Part What it shows
Employee details Code and name, designation, salary package, voucher number, payment date, the cash or bank account it was paid from, and the voucher's Reference No when it has one
Earnings The package's addition pay heads (for example Basic Salary, Housing Allowance), then the Bonus
Deductions The package's deduction pay heads, then the Deduction, the Advance taken back and the Loss of pay
Days Absent days, leave days taken / paid leave days allowed, and LOP days
Net Salary Total earnings − total deductions: the amount paid on the voucher

The amounts are the ones saved on the salary voucher, in the employee's package currency (the Net Salary shows its code). If the salary package was changed after the month was paid, its pay heads no longer add up to what was paid, so the payslip shows one Salary Package line with the amount that was paid instead.

Daily payslip

Reports › Payroll › Daily Payslip

  1. Choose From Date and To Date. They start at the whole month chosen on the Daily Payroll tabs, and can be any period, for example one week.
  2. Leave Employee empty for every worker with wages in that period, or choose one worker.
  3. Print or PDF.

Each payslip shows the worker's designation and daily wage, the number of Paid days and their total, the Unpaid days and their total (if any), and every day worked (in your Company Profile's date format). Wages are in the worker's own currency. Days not paid yet are crossed out. Total Paid is what the worker received in the period.

Printing tips

  • Print on A4, portrait, at 100% scale (not "fit to page"), so the cut line falls in the middle of the sheet.
  • With Employee left empty, every employee gets their own page, so one print run gives you all the month's payslips.
