Plan and payment history

Plan Detail

Settings › Plan Detail shows your subscription:

• Company Name, Email and Current Plan
• Price Plan and Plan Duration
• Join Date, Start Date and End Date
• Total days of your current plan and Remaining days of your current active plan
• the plan status: Active or In Active

When the plan ends, signing in leads to the payment page so you can renew. See Plans and registration.

To change to a different plan, contact Zhmara X support.

Plan Payment History

Settings › Plan Payment History lists your online payments to Zhmara X for your plan, newest first: Date, Status, Amount, Days, Plan period, Paid At, Paid by and Payment No.

• Status is Paid, Unpaid (still waiting), Declined, Expired, Cancelled or Failed. Only paid payments renewed your plan.
• Demo marks a test payment (no real money).
• Not applied next to Paid means the payment arrived but the plan wasn't extended yet; contact support.

Each paid renewal also sends a Payment received email to the company's email address.

These are payments for Zhmara X itself, not your company's payments to suppliers.
