Plans and registration

ئەم بابەتە هێشتا وەرنەگێڕدراوەتە سەر زمانەکەت، بۆیە وەشانە ئینگلیزییەکەی پیشان دەدرێت.

To use Zhmara X you register your company on a plan. The plan decides how long you can use the system, which sections you get (for example Bank, Payroll or POS) and how many records of each kind you can create.

Plan types

Type Price Length
Demo Free A fixed number of days, to try the system
Training Free A fixed number of days, for courses and practice
Business Price per day You choose 1 month (30 days), 6 months (180 days) or 12 months (360 days)

The Plans and pricing page (/public/pricing) lists every plan with its price, its length and a Compare all features table showing which sections each one includes.

Register your company

  1. Open Plans and pricing and click Get Started on the plan you want. For a Business plan, pick the duration first.
  2. Fill in the registration form:
    • Company Name
    • Email: this becomes your sign-in name and the address for confirmation and password emails.
    • Work Phone
    • Password and Confirm password. The password needs at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit, a special character and at least 4 different characters (for example Shop@2026).
  3. Click Register. You get an email with a confirmation link.
  4. Open the link to confirm your email, then sign in.

The person who registers is the company owner. The owner always has full access and is the only one who can reset or delete the company.

When the owner signs in for the first time, the setup wizard opens.

Didn't get the email? Check your spam folder, then use Resend email confirmation on the sign-in page.

Paying for a Business plan

A Business plan starts after the payment is confirmed. Until then, signing in shows the Account Subscription Details page with the amount to pay:

  1. Choose the duration: 1 Month, 6 Month or 12 Month. The amount is the plan's price per day times the days, in whole IQD.
  2. Pay it with the FIB (First Iraqi Bank) app: scan the QR code, type the payment code, or open the app link.
  3. Wait on the page. As soon as FIB confirms the payment, the plan is extended, you get a Payment received email, and the app opens by itself. You don't need to click anything.

Good to know:

  • The QR code can be paid for 1 hour; the time left is shown under it. When it runs out, or you click Cancel payment, the payment is cancelled at FIB. Click New payment to get a new code.
  • Changing the duration cancels the shown payment and makes a new one for the new amount.
  • The plan is extended even if you close the page after paying.
  • If a payment was made just before it was cancelled, it still counts.
  • While Zhmara X is testing payments, the page shows DEMO: no real money. A Demo payment can't be paid with the real FIB app.

The same page appears when your plan has ended. Your data stays as it was while the account is inactive. If the plan is somehow still running when a payment comes in, the new days are added to its end, so no days are lost.

If the page shows "Your payment was received, but the plan could not be activated yet", contact support: the payment is kept and Zhmara X activates the plan from it.

For Demo accounts, contact the administrator to have the account activated or extended.

Plan limits

Each plan sets a maximum number of records for some lists, such as items, customers, warehouses, users or bank accounts. When you reach a limit you will see:

You reached More than the current plan allowed number, Please Upgrade the plan...

Existing records keep working. To add more, upgrade to a larger plan. Settings › Plan Detail shows your current plan and its dates; see Plan and payment history.

Sections included in a plan

A plan turns whole sections on or off: Products/Items, Sales, Purchases, Projects, HR and payroll, Expenses, Assets, Cash, Bank, Budget, Accounting, Users, Retail (POS) and Shop. Cost Centers & Branches is a plan feature on top of Projects, which each company turns on in Settings › Preferences: Profit and Loss by Project, splitting documents between projects and calling projects Branch, Cost Center or Department; see Branches and cost centers.

Some sections are made for one kind of business (an industry). Hospitality, for restaurants, cafés, hotels and similar businesses, adds a Tables board on top of Retail (POS), so a plan needs both. It also has a limit on the number of places (Maximum places). Automotive, for auto repair shops, adds job cards, a workshop board, vehicles and bays, with a limit on the number of vehicles (Maximum vehicles). Education, for private schools and institutes, adds students, classes, fee plans and student fees, with a limit on the number of students (Maximum students). These sections use your normal sales, stock and accounts: a table's order becomes an ordinary POS invoice when it's paid.

A section that isn't in your plan doesn't appear in the menu, the reports page or the role permissions.
